Mr. James Leroy Foster, age 87, of Greenville, Alabama, passed away on Thursday, January 19, 2023.

Funeral Services will be held on Tuesday, January 24, 2023, beginning at 11:00 a.m. from Damascus Baptist Church with Brother Danny Duncan officiating and Dunklin Funeral Home directing. The family will receive friends one hour to service time. Burial will follow in the Damascus Baptist Church Cemetery.

James was preceded in death by his parents, Leroy and Era Pearl Raybon Foster.

James is survived by his wife, Virginia B. Foster; four sons, Stan Foster (Kim), Greg Alan Foster (Melanie), Todd Hunter Foster, Jason Henry Foster (Christie); stepson, Michael Wade Parker; two sisters, Betty Kidd (John M), Linda Hummel (John); brother, Dan Foster (Louise), along with numerous grandchildren, great-grandchildren, nieces, nephews, and other extended family members.
