Hilton Jessie Burgans, age 69, passed away on January 19, 2025, at his residence.

Funeral Services will be held on Friday, January 24, 2025, beginning at 11:00 a.m. at Forest Home Baptist Church with Brother Brian Gilpin officiating and Dunklin Funeral Home directing.  Burial will follow in Forest Home Cemetery.  The family will receive friends for visitation beginning at 10:00 a.m. until service time.

Hilton was preceded in death by his wife, Linda Burgans; his parents, Jessie and Joy Burgans; sister, Barbara Barbosa; brother, Cleveland Burgans.

He is survived by his wife, Tammy Robinson Burgans; children, Melissa "Missy" Paulding (Allen), James Hilton Burgans (Nancy), Veronica Mathews (Ronnie), Dusty Alexander (Christy), Chad Waller (Lexie), Samantha McCullough (Andrew); grandchildren, Jessie Kelly (Grace), Zoe Paulding, Katylynne Ammons, Joseph Halford, Trinity Harris, Samantha Cox, Zoey Alexander, Calee Alexander; great grandchildren, Blakleigh Kelly, Passion Franklin; brother, Wilton Burgans; sisters, Joyce Morrison, Shirley Mosley, along with numerous nieces, nephews, and other extended family members.

Hilton had a passion for His Lord and Savior.  Everyone he came into contact with could tell by his actions on a daily basis.

In lieu of flowers, memorials may be given to Dunklin Funeral Home to help the family offset costs.
