Mrs. Freddie Earle Kennedy Perdue, age 98, of Honoraville, AL died on Sunday, September 25, 2016. Her funeral will be held at 2:00 p.m. on Wednesday, September 28, 2016 at Spring Creek Baptist Church, 142 Ashmore Road, Honoraville, AL. Reverend Danny Dean will officiate and Dunklin & Daniels Funeral Home will be directing. Burial will be in Perdue Cemetery. The family will receive friends one hour prior to services at the church.
Mrs. Perdue is survived by her daughters; Barbara P. Middleton of Honoraville, AL, Charlotte (Donnie) Spann of Honoraville, AL, Sylvia (Dan) Edgar of Eutaw, AL, Sandra (David) Lohrisch of Jackson, MS, Peytie (Jerry) Bowen of Montgomery, AL, son-in-law, Joseph L. Barganier of Ft. Deposit, AL, grandchildren; Johnny (Mitzi) Maddox of Montgomery, AL, Jennifer Bowen of Montgomery, AL, Gavin (Denna) Edgar of Eutaw, AL, Joseph Barganier, Jr, Furniss Payton Barganier, and Dennis Bender all of Fort Deposit, AL, Allan (Ramona) Spann of Brandon, MS, Andrew Lohrisch of Jackson, MS, Julie (Ghislain) de La Tour d'Artaise of Paris, France, twelve great grandchildren, seven great-great grandchildren, sisters; Edna Gafford of Birmingham, AL, Erin (Winford) Lansdon of Montgomery, AL, brother, O'Neil Kennedy of Honoraville, AL, sisters-in-law; Jeanette McVay of Honoraville, AL, Melba (Larry) Newton of Fairhope, AL, Joyce P. Foster of Montgomery, AL, brother-in-law, Bruce R. Perdue of Honoraville, AL and a dedicated caregiver and friend, Janelle Roper of Greenville, AL. Her grandchildren will serve as pallbearers.
She was preceded in death by her parents, Fred McQueen Kennedy and Ina Earle Andress Kennedy, her husband, Clady Payton Perdue, daughter, Linda P. Barganier, grandson, Michael Keith Edgar, sons-in-law; Ervin Maddox Jr., W.G. (Sonny) Middleton, sisters; Mary B. Bentley, Mildred Bentley, Ina Mae Heartsill, Edith C. Kennedy, and brother, Woodrow Kennedy.
