Simmons, Farish P., 75, a resident of Greenville, AL died on Wednesday, March 4, 2016. Funeral services will be held at 10:30 a.m. on Saturday, May 7, 2016 from the chapel of Dunklin & Daniels Funeral Home with Rev. Jim Looney officiating and Dunklin & Daniels Funeral Home directing. The family will receive friends one hour prior to services.
Mrs. Simmons was preceded in death by her parents, Stokes and Louise Pearson; son, Johnny Simmons; and sister, Barbara Foster. She is survived by her husband, William Simmons; sons, Ricky Simmons of Rutledge, AL, Randy Simmons of Birmingham, AL; grandchildren, Erin Simmons Beaty (Markiem) of Wareham, MA; Heath Simmons (Britaney) of Prattville, AL; Richard Simmons of Rutledge, AL; Shelby Simmons of Rutledge, AL; great-granddaughter, Rylie Beaty of Wareham, MA; sister, Marion Midgley (Maurice) of Flint, MI; and many nieces and nephews.
