Mr. Edward Eugene Taylor age 86 of Greenville, Alabama died at Jackson Hospital in Montgomery on Tuesday, February 8, 2022. Visitation will be held at Dunklin Funeral Home on Monday, February 14, 2022 beginning at 2:00 p.m. until 3:00 p.m. Graveside services will follow at Fort Dale Cemetery with Reverend Stacy Gaston officiating and Dunklin Funeral Home directing.

Mr. Taylor is preceded in death by his parents, Claude Ellis Taylor and Mamie Lou Austin Taylor Waller; brother, Claude Franklin Taylor; sons, Richard Edward Taylor, James Ellis Taylor. He is survived by his children, Cathy Taylor of Dothan, AL, Susan (Bradley) Howell of Brewton, AL, Alan (Kim) Taylor of Webb, AL, Marilyn Hawkins of Greenville, AL, Brian Taylor of Greenville, AL, Daughter-in-law Kathy Taylor, Montgomery, AL; siblings, Mary (Jr.) Boutwell of Andalusia, AL, Leon (Theresa) Waller of Ozark, AL, Jr. (Kathy) Waller of Greenville, AL, Tom Waller of Greenville, AL; eleven grandchildren; fifteen great grandchildren; along with numerous nieces, nephews and countless friends. He will be deeply missed.
