Mr. Edgar Teague, age 86, a longtime resident of Butler and Crenshaw County died on Sunday, May 18, 2025. A memorial service for Edgar will be held on Wednesday, May 21, 2025, beginning at 11:00 a.m. at LifeChange Church.

Edgar is preceded in death by his parents, Louie Lee, and Minnie Lee Rayborn Teague; seven siblings, Boyett, Wilma, Frank, Laura, Lois, George, and Edsel. He is survived by his children, Sandy (Richard) Rodgers, Edgar (Dianna) Teague II, Steven Teague; grandchildren, Karlee Teague, Madison Teague, Sabrina Teague, Christina (Bryan) Weddle, Nick Rodgers, Andrew Rodgers; great grandchildren, Sawyer Teague, Claire Weddle, and one on the way; siblings, Cleo Kelley, Buddy (Carol) Teague; along with many other extended family and friends.

The family would like to thank the amazing people of Southern Care Hospice as well as the staff of Crowne Nursing Healthcare for their love and care during such a difficult time.
