Donnie Lane (Kennedy) Rodgers, age 77, of Honoraville, AL passed away on May 7, 2021 in Atmore, AL.  She was born September 24, 1943 in Greenville, AL to the late Woodrow and Nora Bell Kennedy.  She was a bank teller with Whitney Bank for many years.  She was a member of Antioch East Baptist Church.

She is preceded in death by her parents.

She is survived by her husband of 59 years, Herman Louis Rodgers of Honoraville, AL; sons, Kenneth (Elaine) Rodgers of Atmore, AL and Richard (Sandy) Rodgers of Greenville, AL; grandchildren, Jonathan (Danielle) Rodgers, Christina (Bryan) Weddle, Joshua Rodgers, Nicholas Rodgers and Andrew Rodgers; great grandchildren, Ryver Dye, Blakeleigh Rodgers and Jaxon Rodgers; sister, Faye (Tom) Matthews and nephew, Bruce Matthews.

Funeral service will be held Wednesday, May 12, 2021 at 12:00 Noon at Antioch East Baptist Church in Greenville, AL with Bro. Barry McCord officiating.

Active pallbearers will be Jonathan Rodgers, Joshua Rodgers and Ryver Dye.

Visitation will be held Wednesday, May 12, 2021 from 11:00 a.m. until service time at 12:00 Noon at Antioch East Baptist Church in Greenville, AL.

Flowers may be sent to Antioch East Baptist Church.
