Donald Sheldon, 66, of Honoraville, AL, passed away Wed, March 23, 2022 surrounded by his loving family.  Don was born in Allegan, MI and graduated in the class of 1974 from Otsego High School in Otsego, MI.  Surviving are his wife of 39 years, Sadie Ann of Honoraville, AL, mother, Joyce Sheldon, Lawrenceburg, TN, brother Bryon (Kim) Sheldon of Killen, AL, nephews Jacob, Foley, AL and Jason, Columbia, KY, grandchildren Kiylee, Kodi, Maddy & Devin and daughter in law, Ashley from LaPine, AL, and several cousins, nieces and nephews.

Sadie was the love of Don's life.  They were both Rolltide fans and never missed watching a game together.  The grandkids were raised to be Rolltide fans also and Don loved spending time with them on the weekends.  He loved working in the yard and then Don would relax in his shed, watching the deer in the woods.   When you met Don, you liked him instantly.  He had that type of personality, a smile that was so charming and at times he would even show you some of that "Sheldon" humor.

Don was preceded in death by his son Cody, 26 in 2011, his father Dean, 81 in 2014 and both sets of his grandparents.  Don will be missed by all.

The Celebration of Life for Don will be Saturday, March 26, 2022 at 11:00 am from the chapel of Dunklin Funeral Home with Pastor John Massey officiating and Dunklin Funeral Home directing.  Visitation will be from 10:00 a.m. until 11:00 am.  In lieu of flowers, memorials can be made to the Leukemia Lemphoma Society, www.lls.org or to Spring Creek Baptist Church Building Fund,, 142 Ashmore Rd., Honoraville, AL 36042.
