Dennis Allen Bender, Sr., aged 59, of Fort Deposit, AL, passed away on Friday, October 31, 2025, with his family by his side. A graveside service will be held on Monday, November 3, 2025, at New Bethel Braggs Cemetery, beginning at 11:00 a.m., with Dunklin Funeral Home directing.

Dennis was preceded in death by his biological parents, Hamp and Hazel Bender; Joseph and Linda Bargainer who he was lovingly raised by. He was also predeceased by his siblings, Hamp Bender, Jr., Margarette Bender, Rickey Bender, Ronnie Bender, and Dee Bender.

He is survived by his children, Dennis (Aislynn) Bender, Jr., Randi M Bender Joyce, and Dennis Charles Seawright; his grandchildren, Hunter Bender, Paisley Bender, Hayley Bender, Zoltan Bender, Timothy Kelley, Quinton Kelley, Anliyah Grayson, and Spencer Sanders; siblings, Barbara Bender Pugh, Danny Bender, Joseph Barganier, Jr., and Furniss Barganier.

Dennis loved fishing, Alabama football, Dale Earnhardt, pocketknives, and Zippo lighters — but nothing brought him more happiness than his grandchildren. He will be deeply missed by the entire family.
