Deborah Leigh Bennett Crews slipped from the shackles of her earthly body to sing praises at the feet of her Savior on Sunday, October 6, 2024. She met her Savior with a hard-fought hallelujah when her battle with cancer was finally over.

Deborah was born on October 28, 1965, to the late Hearn Bennett and Mary Molleur Bennett. She is loved by her husband, Jeff, her children, Shelby and Douglas, her mother, Mary and sisters, Dianna and Marney, along with extensive family and friends.

Visitation will be held at Southside Baptist Church on Thursday, October 10, from 5:00-7:00 PM. The celebration of Deborah's life will be on Friday October 11, at 11:00 AM at Southside Baptist Church, followed by a graveside service at Magnolia Cemetery.

In lieu of flowers, the family requests donations be made in her honor to the Montgomery Cancer Center.
