Clifford Fairly Godbold died peacefully Tuesday night at Camden Nursing Facility. A celebration of his life will occur Saturday, November 3, 2018, at 11:30 a.m. in the sanctuary of Camden United Methodist Church, with Dunklin & Daniels Funeral Home Camden, AL directing.

Clifford was preceded in death by his loving parents, Stanley Clifford (S.C.) Godbold and Jean (Fairly) Godbold; two half-brothers, John Lawrence and Stanley David Godbold; a half-sister, Frances M. Godbold; a half-nephew, David Godbold; and several beloved aunts and uncles and cousins.

Surviving are his sister, Alice Jean Godbold (Michaud), of Atlanta; his nephew, Matthew Michaud and great-niece Emily Jean Michaud of Marietta, GA; his niece Leslie Jean Michaud of Jasper, AL. He leaves behind half-niece Nancy Godbold of Marietta, GA; half-nephews Donald Godbold of Camden; Derek Godbold of Gulf Shores, AL; Larry Godbold of Mississippi; their spouses and children; and many cousins who shared happy childhood memories.
