Charles Grady Rogers passed away peacefully, surrounded by family members, on Friday, September 12, 2025, at the age of 81. Born on September 9, 1944, in Greenville, Alabama, Charles was preceded in death by his parents, Grady and Janie Rogers.

He is survived by his beloved wife, Judy Simmons Rogers; his daughter, Melinda (Keith) Gibson; his son, David (Ashley) Rogers; grandsons, Tyler Gibson and Noah Rogers; granddaughters, Morgan (Troy) Grissett, Caitlin (Bryce) Crenshaw, Madison (Gray) Johnson, Grace Gibson, and Courtney Rogers; great-grandsons, Thomas Grissett and Hurston Johnson; and his siblings, Frances Henderson, Barbara Hattaway, Billy (Jane) Rogers, Judy (James) Thrower, Janelle (Bob) Newton, Roy (Janice) Rogers, and Steve (Linda) Rogers. He also leaves behind many nieces, nephews, and other extended family members.

Charles graduated from Greenville High School before starting his career in the farming industry. For over forty years, he held various roles of increasing responsibility, managing multiple locations of Alabama Farmers Cooperatives. He was a dedicated member of Southside Baptist Church and loved The Lord deeply. After his retirement, Charles cherished spending time with his wife, caring for their great-grandsons, and being with family and friends.

Serving as pallbearers will be Keith Gibson, Tyler Gibson, Gray Johnson, Troy Grissett, Jason Rogers, and Bradford Bondurant.  Honorary pallbearers will be Billy Rogers, Roy Rogers, Steve Rogers, Bob Newton, James Thrower, and Guy Simmons.

Services will be held at 11:00 a.m. on Thursday, September 18, 2025, at Southside Baptist Church in Greenville with Bro. Herbert Brown officiating. Burial will follow in Magnolia Cemetery. The family will receive friends on Wednesday, September 17, 2025, at Dunklin Funeral Home in Greenville from 5:00 - 7:00 p.m. and one hour prior to service time.
