McLain,Sr. Cecil Ray, age 76 a resident of Prattville, AL passed away on Tuesday, March 13, 2012 at his home. Funeral services will be Thursday, March 15, 2012 at 11:00 a.m. at Antioch West Baptist Church with Rev. Watson Wasden officiating. Interment will follow in Antioch West Baptist Church Cemetery with Dunklin & Daniels Funeral Home directing. The family will receive friends from 10:00 until 11:00 a.m. Mr. McLain was preceded in death by his mother and father, Ollie and Gatsy McLain of Bolling, AL; his wife of 46 years, Peggy Joyce McLain; three sons, Cecil Ray McLain, Jr., Danny McLain, and Randy McLain; brother, Howard McLain and sister, Peggy McLain.
He is survived by three grandchildren, Elizabeth M. Grimes(Mike), Mary Joyce McLain, and Daniel McLain; daughter-in-law, Ruth McLain (Danny); two great-grandchildren, Ramsey Lynn Grimes and Avery June Eason; sister and brother-in-law, Patsy and Charlie Lowery; three nieces, Pam Lowery, Tam Lowery, S. Charley Lowery (Glenn) Stinchcomb; two great-nephews, Caleb and Davey Stinchcomb, and one great-niece, Maris Stinchcomb.
Mr. McLain was a Colonial Bread Man for 25 years in Greenville, Evergreen, and Montgomery, AL.
