Casey Young Wilson, age 39, passed away February 26, 2024, at Flowers Hospital in Dothan, Alabama.

Graveside services will be held on Saturday, March 2, 2024, beginning at 11:00 a.m. at Ebenezer East Baptist Church with Brother Ronnie Boulware officiating and Dunklin Funeral Home directing.  A celebration of life will be held after the funeral service at 2232 Halso Mill Rd.

Casey was preceded in death by grandparents, John and Viola Mothershed; and grandma, Toni Young.

Survivors include:  loving husband, soulmate, Josh Wilson; children – Tamari Strothers, Mariah Strothers, and Antrell (AJ) Strothers; mother – Barbara Mothershed Simmons; stepfather – Scott Simmons; father – Clifford Young; stepmother – Joan Young; brother – Chris Young and family (May, Henly, Emree, Zade and Luthias); many aunts and uncles and cousins.

Casey loved life, loved reading and studying the Bible, enjoyed being outdoors…planting and canning.  She loved family: loved her husband dearly, her soulmate; she loved her children with all her heart.

Casey is greatly missed.
