Mrs. Carrie O. Yancey, 80, a resident of Greenville, AL, died at her residence on Monday, June 27, 2011. The family will receive friends at Dunklin & Daniels Funeral Home on Wednesday, June 29, 2011 from 12:30 p.m. until funeral time. Funeral services will be held on Wednesday, June 29, 2011 at 2 p.m. from the Chapel of Dunklin & Daniels Funeral Home with Rev. Michael Yancey and Rev. Don Yancey officating. Burial will be in Magnolia Cemetery with Dunklin & Daniels Funeral Home directing.
Survivors include her daughter: Linda Y. North (John) of Bogart, GA, Sons: Gene Nowling (Vickie) of Monroeville, AL, Rev. Michael Yancey (Sonya) of Camden, AL, 8 grandchildren, 3 great-grandchildren, Sister: Jewel Craig (Elbert) of Red Level, AL, Brother: Bill Odom (Wanda) of Merryville,TN , 2 sister-in-laws: Erva Odom of Red Level, AL, Orene Odom of Andalusia, AL, Brother-in-law: Frank Hall of Red Level, AL, neices and nephews.
