March 26, 1946 – February 13, 2023
On Monday, February 13, 2023, Carolyn Killough Black, (Mimi) joined family and friends in heaven for a joyous celebration. What a wonderful reunion that must be?

Carolyn had a green thumb and was an amazing cook. She will always be remembered for her signature divinity and rocky road candy. She loved her grandchildren "to the moon and back" and was loved by all.
Carolyn was preceded in death by her parents, Frazier Killough and Lena Grace and her siblings, Shirley Banning (Hendersonville, Tn), Kenny Killough (Greenville, Al), Sue Boutwell (Alpharetta, Ga), and Ronnie Killough (Dothan, Al).
She is survived by her husband, Arnold Black, two daughters, Leigh Anne Caulfield and Tom, Christi Sasser and Robb (Montgomery, Al); her three granddaughters, Caroline Caulfield, Peyton Caulfield, and Olivia Caulfield (Johns Creek, Ga) and one grandson, Kirby Sasser (Tuscaloosa); and siblings, Wayne (Anne) Killough and Bonnie (Rufus) Poole.
