Brandon Eugene Collins (March 23, 1983 - February 25, 2023) was born and raised in Greenville. He graduated from Fort Dale Academy after which he attended Auburn University.

After receiving his bachelor's degree in psychology, he went on to attend Jones School of Law. Brandon practiced law in Greenville for over ten years and most recently served as Assistant District Attorney serving Butler, Lowndes and Crenshaw counties.

Brandon's kindness and character were always reflected in his work and in his relationships with his family and friends. He will truly be missed.

He was preceded in death by his paternal grandparents, Marvin and Irene Collins; maternal grandparents, Floyd and Darline McNeil; his father, Gene Collins and his brother-in-law, Kevin Paulk.

He is survived by his mother, Janet Collins; sister, Jana Collins Paulk; nieces, Halle and Tealie Paulk; his aunt, Shelia Vinson; Uncle Gray Vinson; Uncle Joe Collins (Joan) and family, and very dear friends, McGowin and Yvonne Williamson.

Services will be Wednesday, March 1, 2023, at Southside Baptist Church. Visitation will be from 9-11 with services at 11 and burial to follow at Sunrise Memorial Park.

Pallbearers will be Joe Collins, Joey Collins, Marshall Melton, David Gray Vinson, Gray McNeil Vinson, and Harper Vinson with McGowin Williamson serving as honorary pall bearer.
