Thomas, Bobby Gene, age 73, a resident of Greenville, AL died at his home on Monday, October 24, 2011. Funeral services will be held at 2:00 p.m. on Wednesday, October 26, 2011 at the Buckaloo Holiness Church with Pastor Harold Taunton officiating and Dunklin & Daniels Funeral Home directing. Burial will follow in the church cemetery. The family will receive friends on Tuesday evening from 6:00-8:00 p.m. at Dunklin & Daniels Funeral Home. Mr. Thomas will lie in state one hour prior to services on Wednesday.
Mr. Thomas is survived by his wife Bertie Mae Thomas, daughters, Cindy Pugh and Lisa McGee of Brewton, AL, sons, Ronnie Thomas of Sarasota, FL, Travis Thomas of Atlanta, GA, grandchildren, Andy, Stefanie, Allison, Brittany, Miranda, Archie, Jessica, and Heath, great-granddaughter, Kaileigh, brothers, Douglas (Marie) Herring of Old Texas, AL, Charles (Linda) Herring of Panama City, FL, and many nieces and nephews.
