Mr. Bobby Griel Godwin, 87, a resident of Greenville, AL, died Friday, September 9, 2016, at the Georgiana Health and Rehabilitation.

Graveside service will be held on Sunday, September 11, 2016, at 2:00 p.m. at Sunrise Memorial Park, Greenville, AL with Minister Charles Box officiating. The U. S. Air Force will be presenting military honors. Dunklin & Daniels Funeral Home directing.

Mr. Godwin was preceded in death by his daughter: Cheryl Godwin, an infant son and his parents: William & Frances Godwin.

Mr. Godwin is survived by his wife of 61 years: Birdie Lowery Godwin, sister: Vandalyn Brantley of Greenville, AL, uncle: Jessie Godwin and many nieces.
