Mr. Billy Joe Roper, 72, a resident of Greenville, AL, died Thursday, March 29, 2012 at his residence. The family will have private services. Mr. Roper was preceded in death by his parents Betty and Bernard Roper. He is survived by his 2 sisters: Frances Lockard (Al) of Eufaula, AL, Bettye McGough (Kenneth) of Ft. Deposit, AL, brother: James B. Roper (Janelle) Roper of Greenville, AL, 8 nieces and nephews, several great nieces and nephews and 3 great-great-nieces and nephews.
