Peagler, Bettye J., 74, a resident of Greenville, AL died on Sunday, September 9, 2018. Funeral services will be held at 2:00 p.m. on Saturday, September 15, 2018 in the chapel of Dunklin & Daniels Funeral Home with Pastor Mason Halacker officiating and Dunklin & Daniels Funeral Home directing. The family will receive friends one hour prior to services. Committal services will be held in the Alabama National Cemetery in Montevallo, AL on Monday, September 17, 2018 at 11:45 a.m.

Mrs. Peagler is survived by her daughters, Yvondria Battle and Janice Peagler Stone (Ricky) of Prattville, AL; brothers, Jimmy Anderson of Fort Myers, FL, Henry Anderson of Orlando, FL, and Anthony Battle (La'Vette) of Pittsburgh, PA; sisters, Blanche Battle, Diane Kinchen (Don) of Fort Myers, FL; Glenda Jenkins of St. Petersburg, FL; granddaughters, Kanesha Chalmers of Tuscaloosa, AL, Katrina Titus of Orlando, FL, Candace Dean of Montgomery, AL; grandsons, Michael Chalmers of Orlando, FL, Andrew Tomlin IV (Courtney) of Shaw AFB, SC, Timothy James, Jr. (Mekia) of Millbrook, AL; thirteen great grandchildren and a host of nieces and nephews.
