Betty Joyce Ward, a resident of Fort Deposit, Alabama, passed away on November 22, 2024, at the age of 92.

Funeral Services will be held on Wednesday, November 27, 2024, at 11:00 a.m. at Bethel Baptist Church with Reverend Bruce Coker officiating and Dunklin Funeral Home directing. Burial will follow in Myrtlewood Cemetery. The family will receive friends for visitation on Tuesday, November 26, 2024, in the chapel of Dunklin Funeral Home from 5:00 p.m. until 7:00 p.m.

Betty was preceded in death by her husband, Bill Ward, Sr.; her parents, Rankin and Lucille Seale; son, Lamar Langley; and daughter, Vivian Langley.

She is survived by her children, Lee Langley (fiancée, Alicia Walker), Alan Langley (Kathy); Gordan Ward (Beth), Bill Ward, Jr. (Glenda); 9 grandchildren, 10 great grandchildren, along with numerous nieces, nephews, and other extended family members.

In lieu of flowers, memorials may be given to St. Jude's Children's Research Hospital, 262 Danny Thomas Place, Memphis, TN 38105.
