Anne Hines Cates, 79 a resident of Prattville, AL passed away peacefully Monday, January 20, 2020 at Prattville Health and Rehab. A graveside service will be at 1:00 p.m. Friday, January 24, 2020 at Little Sandy Ridge Presbyterian Church Cemetery with Reverend Roger Parks officiating and Dunklin & Daniels Funeral Home directing. Visitation will be from 11:00 a.m. to 12:30 p.m. at Dunklin & Daniels Funeral Home.

Mrs. Cates was preceded in death by her husband, Gerald Wayne Cates, Sr. She is survived by her daughter, Julie Allison (Stephen); son, Gerald Wayne Cates, Jr.; grandchildren, Destin Fulcher (Sarah), Tasha Garrett (Brad), Sunni Cates (Philip) and Gerri Ward (Evans); thirteen great-grandchildren; sister, Sue Grantham and numerous nieces, nephews and other family members.
