Angela Kelsey Smith passed away on the evening of February 21, 2026 at her home in Thomaston after a brief illness. She was born May 13, 1969.

She is survived by her stepfather Paul Autery and father Daniel E. Kelsey, Jr. She also leaves her sister, Tina Burdett (Chris), brothers David Kelsey (Ashley) and Daniel E. Kelsey, III(Jessica); nieces Chelsea Courtney (Austin Hagler), Harley Manley and Haley Cook (Colton); nephew, Bret Kelsey. She is also survived by her grandchild, Landon James; former husband Michael L. Smith, former mother-in-law, Rosemary Smith; great nieces, Jaiyah Perkins, Rayne Perkins, and Ally Cook; great nephew, Ryely Cook; along with her beloved fur babies-Bella, Pippa, Piper and Pepper.

 Angela is preceded in death by her mother Karen Autery; maternal grandparents N.B. and Louise Glass; paternal grandparents Wiley and Dorette Chapman and Daniel E. Kelsey, Sr.; sister Dana Courtney and beloved children; daughter Brandi Smith, and son Michael Brandon Smith; and nephew, Vince Kelsey.

She will be terribly missed by her family and friends, but they are comforted knowing she will rest in heavenly peace with her beloved children that she missed tremendously.

Graveside Services will be Thursday, February 26, 2026, at 11:00 AM at Linden Memorial Gardens in Linden, AL with Dunklin Funeral Home directing.
