Dailey, Allen Julius, age 67, a resident of Pine Apple, AL died on Friday, October 11, 2013. Funeral services will be held at 11:00 a.m. on Monday, October 14, 2013 at the Camden Church of God with Reverend Chad Adams officiating and Dunklin & Daniels Funeral Home of Camden, AL directing. Burial will follow at Greenwood Cemetery. The family will receive friends on Sunday, October 13, 2013 from 6:00 until 8:00 p.m. at the Camden Church of God. In lieu of flowers donations may be made to The Dailey Funeral Fund c/o Dunklin & Daniels Funeral Home, P.O. Box 573, Greenville, Al 36037. Allen is preceded in death by his first wife, Glenda Smith Dailey; his parents, Tom and Vida Mae Dailey and two brothers, Clarence Dailey and Lambert Dailey.
He is survived by his wife, Mary Frances Dailey of Pine Apple, AL; daughters, Tammy Norris (Dave), Jennifer Stacey, Reta Norman all of Thomasville, AL and Christina Dailey of Pine Apple, AL; son, Rex Allen Dailey (Kathy) of Grove Hill, AL; step daughter, Mary Ann McGraw of Camden, AL; step sons, Irvin Dailey (Telisa) of Camden, AL, David Lee Dailey of Dayton, AL and Francis Lee Gregory (Nancy) of Camden, AL; sixteen grandchildren; one great grandchild; brothers, John W. Dailey of Montgomery, Huey Dailey of Camden, AL and Cecil Dailey of Camden, AL; sisters, Erma King of Virginia, Marion Covey of Virginia, Betty Lou Rivers of Mississippi, Pauline Dailey of Nevada, and Lida Michalek of Camden, AL; former son-in-laws, Tony Stacey and Robbie Norman and numerous nieces and nephews.
